• Payment must be made in full upon order confirmation.
• Strictly no cancellation and/or refund of confirmed orders.
• Self pick-up can be arranged at the following locations starting from 15 Aug 2024 onwards:
  • Swatow Seafood at Toa Payoh
  • Swatow City at Bukit Batok
  • Fortunate Dim Sum at Woodleigh Mall
  • Fortunate Dim Sum at Lot One 
  • Kenko Academy, Unit 03-130, Marina Square
• Free delivery to one location with any purchase of 10 boxes or more. (Except Traditional Teochew “La Piah”) 
• Delivery orders must be made three (3) days in advance of the requested delivery date.
• Swatow Mooncakes are skillfully handmade. If not consumed immediately, please refrigerate the Flaky Mooncakes after purchase.
• Each box of mooncakes comes with storage information and tips for enjoying them. We will not be responsible for any mould or stale quality caused by improper storage after purchase.
• Swatow management reserves the right to change and/or amend any terms & conditions without prior notice.

• 购买10盒或以上，即可免费送货到1个地点。（除了「潮州双拼大朥饼」）
• 送货订单需提前三(3)天下订单。
• 汕头月饼纯手工制作, 若未能立即食用, 请将酥皮月饼冷藏保存.
• 每盒月饼都附有储存信息和享用提示。对于因储存不当而导致的发霉或变质问题，汕头概不负责。
• 汕头潮州酒楼有权更改和/或修改任何条款和条件而无需提前通知。
