Terms & Conditions

  1. Full payment must be made upon order confirmation.
  2. Strictly no cancellation and/or refund for confirmed orders.
  3. Self pick-up can be arranged at the following locations from 24 Aug 2026 onwards:
    ○ Swatow Seafood at Toa Payoh 汕头海鲜酒家（大巴窑）
    ○ Swatow City at Bukit Batok 汕头城（武吉巴督）
  4. Early Bird Special is applicable to all mooncakes except Traditional Teochew “La Piah”.
  5. The “Buy 5 Boxes, FREE 1 Box” promotion is applicable only to the purchase of 4-piece mooncake box sets.
  6. Purchase six (6) eligible 4-piece mooncake box sets (excluding Traditional Teochew “La Piah”). Upon checkout, the lowest-priced eligible 4-piece mooncake box will be complimentary.
  7. Early Bird Deal is valid from 24 Aug to 6 Sep 2026.
  8. Swatow Members are entitled to 10% OFF and 2X Points for online purchases made between 20–23 Aug 2026 via order.swatow.com.sg only. Promotion excludes Traditional Teochew “La Piah”.
  9. FREE delivery to one (1) location will be provided with the purchase of Bulk or Corporate Orders. A delivery fee of SGD$50 will be applied for each additional requested delivery location.
  10. Delivery orders must be placed at least three (3) days in advance.
  11. Swatow Mooncakes are skillfully handmade. If not consumed immediately, please refrigerate the Flaky Mooncakes after purchase.
  12. Each box of mooncakes comes with storage information and serving recommendations. Swatow will not be responsible for any mould or deterioration caused by improper storage after purchase.
  13. Swatow management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

    ○ 汕头城（武吉巴督）

  4. 早鸟优惠适用于所有月饼，传统潮州朥饼除外。

  5. 「买5盒送1盒」优惠仅适用于4粒装月饼礼盒，不适用于单颗月饼或其他包装。

  6. 凡购买六（6）盒符合资格的4粒装月饼礼盒（潮州大朥饼除外），结账时将以价格最低的符合资格4粒装月饼礼盒作为免费赠品。

  7.  早鸟优惠期为 2026年8月24日至9月6日。

  8. 汕头会员于 2026年8月20日至23日期间，仅限通过 order.swatow.com.sg 官网线上购买，可享 10%折扣及双倍积分（2X Points）。优惠不适用于传统潮州朥饼（Traditional Teochew “La Piah”）。

  9. 凡购买团体订单或企业订单，即可享有一个（1）指定地点免费送货。如需送往额外指定地点，每增加一个送货地点将收取 S$50 配送费。

  10. 送货订单须提前至少三（3）天下单。

  11. 汕头月饼均为纯手工制作，若未能立即食用，请于购买后将酥皮月饼放入冰箱冷藏保存。

  12. 每盒月饼均附有保存及食用建议。如因购买后保存不当导致发霉或品质受影响，汕头概不负责。

  13. 汕头潮州酒楼保留随时更改及修订以上条款与细则之权利，恕不另行通知。
