• Early bird promotion starts from 16 December 2024 and ends on 9 January 2025. All purchases have to be made during the promotion period.
• In the celebration of the Chinese New Year, our outlets will be closed for a break on 29 January 2025 (Wednesday). We will resume operations on 30 January 2025 (Thursday) onwards.
• Self-pickup on Chinese New Year’s Eve is available between 11am and 2pm.
• All prices are subject to government prevailing tax.
• This promotion is open to anyone residing in Singapore except the employees and immediate families of Swatow Restaurant Pte. Ltd. No traders allowed. 
• Payment must be made in full upon order confirmation.
• Strictly no cancellation and/or refund of confirmed orders.
• Eligible and successful submissions will be sent a unique redemption letter via email, to the email address provided by the participant, within 2 weeks of the submission of payment receipts online.  

• Self pick-up can be arranged at the following locations starting from 6 January 2025 onwards:

• Due to the limited stocks, the promotions are on a “first-come-first-served” and “while-stocks-last” basis.
• All Chinese New Year related Promotions are not entitled to membership points and voucher redemption.
• A complimentary ceramic pot will be provided with any purchase of the Grandeur Prosperity Fortune Pot, while stocks last.

• Swatow chilled products—including the Limited Edition Heartwarming Gift Sets, Auspicious Teochew Specialties, and Chilled Dim Sum—are skillfully handmade without added preservatives. If not consumed immediately, please refrigerate them after purchase. Detailed storage information is provided with each product listing. Please note, we are not responsible for mold or quality deterioration caused by improper storage after purchase.
